On life’s journey faith is nourishment, virtuous deeds are a shelter, wisdom is the light by day and right mindfulness is the protection by night. If man lives a pure life, nothing can destroy him.
Are you living in your truth or in someone else’s?
Take a moment and think about the things that you have struggled with this year. What has stopped you in your tracks or pulled you off your path? What fears have led you to abandon your dreams, your creativity, your self!
We are all Divine Beings in a human body. When we came to earth, we picked up a few hitchhikers – self-doubt, self-sabotage and self-to-others comparison and many more. Sometimes, we have very unhealthy ways of thinking about ourselves. Who was (is) it that made (makes) you doubt yourself?
I mentioned that our negative programming is so powerful that even if we have a college degree and have accomplished many things, none of that matters when these negative notions are operating within us.
I spent a good portion of my life being someone else because of my negative beliefs and programming. I wasn’t good enough, smart enough, pretty enough; I would never have enough money or have enough evidence that displayed my success so that I could earn others’ respect. These things I thought I needed, I came to realize, were not who I was at my core.
I began to understand that, in order for me to connect deeply with another, I must be my authentic self – even if it makes me feel vulnerable and weak. It is through my vulnerability, humanness, and open-heartedness that I find my way into another’s heart.
When we pretend to be something we are not, other people can feel the intention and vibration of deception. It is a completely different frequency from truth. Some people can see this deception for what it is. Others will feel it without “knowing” it. I used to be the latter. Now, I am growing into a stronger role of discernment that allows me to recognize truth.
My spiritual awakening was not easy, though. It was a non-linear messy process filled with twists and turns. And it helped me reconcile past beliefs with budding, more positive new ones. It gave me courage to face down negative patterns and thought processes I had acquired from others outside myself I had come to realize did not have my best interests at heart. Underneath it all, I uncovered ME – the unique, quirky me, the peg who doesn’t have to fit into a place on the board that has been pre-ordained by those people with their private agendas. The real me I have embraced feels really good!
My journey so far has prepared me for my mission now, which is to share my experiences and be a support for anyone who wants this same thing. It brings me joy to take part in other people’s discovery of who they are at their core. It is good to see that they come to accept themselves as perfection.
The only thing that matters is that YOU know yourself inside and out and that you have the courage to be your true self.
My December blog article is a compilation of my 2019 articles. This December article, it turns out, describes the wonderfully freeing process of becoming a happier, lighter being. Throughout 2019, I have been telling a kind-of story about this process and about how it describes you, me – anyone willing to take the journey and cross the bridge inward.
I have received many blessings that have lifted me up from some pretty dark places, thus allowing me to live from my heart and soul, and I want that to be your gift to yourself this Christmas. This gift will follow you to the end of this life and into the one that follows. Live this life in peace and joy, and you will find yourself well prepared for that next one!
A Christmas hymn for your enjoyment!
I love music, and when I hear something that evokes an emotion within me, I want to share it. This song does that for me, and I hope it will do the same for you. Click here to listen!
This section is for books, short stories (could even be your own), articles or poems you would like to share that pertain to spirituality, spiritual growth, evolution, healing, angels…anything that speaks to feeding the soul.
If you have something that you think may be of interest, please send it to me in an email message to Info@LynzieBailey.com, and I may include it in a future month’s newsletter.
This month I would like to share, once again, an article by Christine DeLorey, a numerologist who has her own spin on what is happening around the world and what’s been kept behind the curtain – but is now coming out into plain view.
You will find many parallels between what she is saying and what I have written about in my blog. May you discover in Christine’s article nuggets of truth for yourself.

If you have questions or comments on the content, please click here to reach out to me. If there is something you want to see more of in the future, I am open to suggestions.
If you have something you would like to share in an upcoming month, send me an email message and let’s discuss it. I want this to be a place we can all share our journeys, including motivational and moving books, poems, movies, and quotes, as well as any personal story or experience you are willing to share.
‘Til next time…
Peace be with you!
