October 2018 – The Bridge Inward’s October Monthly Inside Story

I am excited to bring to you this monthly newsletter – a platform on which I will be sharing insights and aha’s, as well as my own crash-n-burns and tribulations in hopes that you will feel me alongside you as you traverse your own spiritual journey.

Each month, I will be featuring a new blog article with some helpful tips inviting you to explore an additional dimension and a new layer of yourself. I want you to know you have the support you need to push past any fear that may emerge in the process.

With the exploration of a new direction, I hope you will choose to begin a meditation practice, or continue a practice you already have, taking time to disconnect from the outside world and turning inwardly to your own heart and upwards to the Divine.

 

October is a good time to start, re-start or continue with a meditation practice. As the seasons change, and we spend more time indoors, we are naturally inclined to go within.

Embrace this precious time to begin to build your bridge inward, to connect with the Divine Beings that surround and support us all in every aspect of our lives.

Use meditation as the medium to take a good look at your inner home. Hone your intuition and ask for guidance in making choices that are aligned with Divine impulse and observe what follows.

Meditation is also a great way to rejuvenate your mind, body and spirit. It’s a way to gather your life force – prana (Sanskrit word for “life force”) – and to slow your thoughts. This allows you to clear your mind, re-gain your strength and move more effortlessly over the bumps of life.

Meditation is a great tool to fine-tune your nervous system, reversing the production of stress hormones that wreak havoc on every system in the body.

When you are in this depleted state, your vibration is lowered.  This state can cause lower vibrational people, places and things to be attracted to you.
